Senior Programmatic and Ad Ops Manager!
A unique career opportunity to join a huge high-street retailer that is looking to bring in their entire digital media & advertising functioning-house.
As the 1st employee of their AdOps and Programmatic function, they are seeking ‘a hand on’ Senior Ad Ops professional to kick start their Programmatic and Ad Ops department where you will take full ownership of the digital ad campaigns across all channels.
Your main responsibilities would be to hands-on manage their digital ad campaigns to drive sales and revenue for the business. They are looking to utilise programmatic, to leverage their 1st & 3rd party data, and target relevant audiences to convert them into sales.
You will need to harness your programmatic trading skills to help refine and target your campaigns and drive up ROI.
With success, you will grow a digital ad ops programmatic team to support a growing digital spend on advertising.
Candidates must be experienced managing programmatic and direct ad campaigns, able to use 1st & 3rd party data to target audiences. Knowledgeable with optimising campaigns mid-flight to ensure they hit the target. You will need the confidence to work independently and make decisions that will affect campaigns performance.
Up to £65k base + car allowance + bonus & strong benefits package.
