VP of Sales & Growth – AdTech

Be the 1st hire in a Publisher- first AdTech company! My client helps create long-term growth and monetisation of their ad revenue!

With a focus on the UK & EU markets, they are looking for an experienced, strategic and sales-driven AdTech professional to help grow its presence.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and own a 2-year growth plan for UK & EU markets
  • Create a compelling value proposition of current AdTech products and services
  • New business development – publisher development
  • Hire, manage and motivate a sales team.

The ideal candidate;

  • Solid understanding of Programmatic Media and AdTech sectors – specifically within publishers.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience within a leading AdTech, ideally SaaS.
  • Strong experience and contacts with UK/ EU publishers
  • Team building – experience hiring a strong sales team.
  • Creative thinker
  • Experience working in a highly competitive market

Up to £120k base + OTE + benefits.
