A Client Service Manager is needed for an award-winning digital advertising technology business based in Central London.
A client facing role- the Client Service Manager will be the first point of contact for a Global client and manage their digital Rich Media and Video advertising campaigns from initial booking to final reporting (book placements, ensure ads pass QA, attach ads to placements, generate tags and troubleshoot any client issues). You will communicate with clients and Sales team on the status of campaigns as well as scope and timeline changes in order to set proper client expectations as well as regularly attend and manage client meetings presenting campaign statuses, solving issues, and implementing new process where required.
The ideal candidate
- Minimum of 2-3 years online advertising operations/Campaign Management experience
- Project management skills: ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Detail oriented and extremely organized.
- Experience of generating and troubleshooting 3rd party tags is desirable – but not essential.
This role pays up to £38k base salary + bonus + benefits
