Be the 1st hire in the Client Success (AdTech/ Programmatic) team!
An exciting career opportunity for client-facing (Programmatic) Client Success Manager to join a growing cutting-edge Ad Tech business, based in Hamburg, Germany (* remote)
A newly created role – The Client Success Manager will be responsible for supporting medium to large publisher clients from post-sales strategic and product adoption perspectives.
You would be the client’s go-to person for all their day-to-day requirements, offering short- and long-term strategic advice, provide insights on their performance, and deliver product training.
You will lead and manage QBR meetings (or video conferences) to ensure up-selling and cross-selling product and feature capabilities.
In addition, you will inform of clients’ feedback onto product management & tech engineering teams.
The ideal candidate;
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Account Management /Client Success management roles within programmatic, either from the supply OR demand sides.
- Excellent client facing (internal / External), communications & presentation skills.
- You are a problem solver with sound project coordination skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
Up to €60k base salary + 40% bonus + excellent company benefits and career development.
