Sales Manager, Publisher Development– #AdTech, Germany (*remote)
An opportunity to join a thriving ‘Hyper Growth’ Publisher first #AdTech company as Senior Sales Manager, Publisher Development.
This is a crucial position to the current and future growth and success of the business, and we are looking for a strategic, commercial, and product-driven #PublisherDevelopment professional within the AdTech space to be the 1st hire in Germany!
You will lead the penetration, explore opportunities and partner with T2 / T3 publisher clients within the German market.
Key responsibilities:
- New business development – Ability to generate new business revenue within Tier 2 & Tier 3 publisher clients.
- Responsibility for the entire sales cycle – including lead generations, product demos and closing!
- Provide strategic advice and offer product solutions to digital publisher clients.
- Upsell and cross-sell across a portfolio of AdTech products.
- Provide industry insights & trends to the product development team to improve current product lines and new product decisions.
About you:
- Strategic and commercially minded with a minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on Publisher Development/ Programmatic Account Manager experience within the AdTech sector.
- You are highly motivated, commercially driven and able to work independently!
- Ability to articulate complex AdTech solutions.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in senior positions.
- A strong understanding of the #programmatic landscape is highly beneficial.
- High level of emotional intelligence – a must-have!
- Fluent German speaker.
Up to €85k base + OTE + excellent benefits
