Sales Director, Publisher Development– AdTech
(* Initially a remote role)
An opportunity to join a thriving ‘Hyper Growth’ #AdTech company as Sales Director, Publisher Development.
This is a crucial position to the current and future growth and success of the business, and we are looking for a strategic leader, commercially, and product-driven Publisher Development professional to be the 1st hire in #Germany!
You will lead the penetration, explore opportunities and partner with both Tier1 & Tier2 publisher clients within the German market.
Key responsibilities:
- Ability to generate new business revenue.
- Provide strategic advice and offer product solutions to digital publisher clients.
- Upsell and cross-sell across a portfolio of AdTech products.
- Provide industry insights & trends to the product development team to improve current product lines and new product decisions.
About you:
- Strategic and commercially minded with a minimum of 3-4 years of Publisher Development/ Programmatic Account Manager experience within the AdTech sector.
- You are a creative thinker and able to articulate complex AdTech solutions.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in senior positions.
- A strong understanding of the #programmatic landscape is highly beneficial.
- High level of emotional intelligence – a must-have!
Up to €80k base + generous OTE + benefits
