Sales Manager, Publisher Development – AdTech
An exceptional opportunity to join a growing, global ‘publisher-focused’ AdTech solutions provider that is in the process of opening an EMEA HQ in London.
For the successful applicant, there will be lots of growth and progression opportunities as my client continues to expand its presence in the UK/EU markets!
My client is seeking an experienced sales professional (#publisher development) to join a fast-growing team, where you’ll lead our sales and development initiatives in key growth markets.
The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, new business focused with a strong desire to develop a book of business from the ground up, making a genuine impact on the growth strategy!
Experience with Publisher acquisition in the #AdTech sector is a must!
Your duties;
- Developing and delivering sales pitches to key prospects
- Full sales cycle – own for the entire ‘publisher development’ sales cycle while working closely with cross-functional internal teams (Client Success, Ad Ops, Product, and legal!).
- Leading the ‘follow up’ process, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Account management – Build, maintain, and grow current publisher clients.
Ideal candidate:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Publisher Development experience within the AdTech sector.
- Excellent organizational skills and a good track record of managing and growing a pipeline and building and growing relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of Google Ad Manager, Programmatic & header bidding/Prebid – a distinct advantage!
Up to £55k base salary + generous OTE + benefits
