Sr Strategic (& technical) Client Success Manager – #AdTech
A unique and exciting career opportunity to join a growing mid-size omnichannel, full stack Programmatic AdTech business as Sr Strategic (& technical) Client Success Manager – This role can be based in either #Berlin or #Hamburg.(*flex working)

Being the 1st point of contact for an allocated group of accounts – This role is a mix of pre-sales and post-sale duties, which includes account growth, digital strategy, and product/tech-led!
Your main responsibilities.
- Onboarding new client accounts.
- Strategically manage and optimise grow high-spend and high-profile programmatic demand accounts.
- Articulate the value of our client’s product solutions to external and internal stakeholders.
- Utilised data and analytics skills to act as a ‘programmatic consultant’ to your clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling a range of programmatic solutions.
- Lead and deliver clients’ QBRs meetings
The ideal candidate.
- A minimum of 3/4+ years relevant experience in Account Management/Client Success role within the programmatic buy side (DSPs / Digital Agencies / Trading Desks).
- Strong programmatic knowledge working with one or more advertising formats; Video, Display, Mobile, CTV, HOOH, etc.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills including strong presentation skills.
- Successful track record in meeting or exceeding assigned individual growth quota.
- Fluent #German speaker.
