Our client is one of the most advanced and forward thinking Video Adserving Technology business is currently seeking a Service Engineer/Technical Support Executive to join their London’s team.
They are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Services Engineer to help clients understand, use, and troubleshoot market-changing technologies. Technical Support is not just about resetting logins. Their flagship Video Adserving product allows a complex set of business rules to be set in place in order to smoothly automate sales rights decision, ad selection and delivery and advanced reporting.
The ideal candidate:
- You have solid communication skills – this position requires significant amount of client interaction.
- You operate independently and dynamically, doing what it takes to find the information you need to get the job done before escalating issues.
- You have solid data analysis and technical troubleshooting skills.
- You can balance multiple requests/issues without getting overwhelmed and prioritize accordingly.
- Good level of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and ActionScrip are a must have.
- Internet technology, online advertising, linear or VOD background is a big plus.
- Mobile technology, development and/or troubleshooting is a big plus.
Up to £60k base salary + Shares + benefits.
