Senior Client Success Manager – AdTech
A unique and exciting career opportunity to join an established and highly regarded Programmatic AdTech business as Strategic Client Account Manager (Publisher) – based in Central London (*flex)

Reporting directly to the Director of Client Success – This role is a mix of growth, strategy, and account management.
Your main responsibilities.
- Strategically manage and optimize grow high-spend and high-profile Publisher & Supply accounts.
- Articulate the value of our client’s solutions to senior stakeholders and teams.
- Utilised data and analytics skills to act as a ‘ programmatic consultant’ to your clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling programmatic solutions.
- Lead and deliver clients QBRs meetings
The ideal candidate.
- 2+ years relevant in Account management/client success within SSP, AdTech or Publisher Environment.
- Strong programmatic knowledge working with at one or more ad formats; Video, Display, Mobile, CTV.
- Knowledge & understanding of Header bidding and/or Prebid. .
- Excellent oral and written communications skills including strong presentation skill
- Successful track record in meeting or exceeding assigned individual growth quota
