Unique career opportunity for a commercially driven and client facing #Programmatic Campaign Manager to join leading player in digital audio and premium content monetisation as Strategic Programmatic Manager. It is a crucial role in maximising revenue streams and enhancing programmatic campaign strategies across their well-known digital brands
Key Responsibilities:
- #Campaign Management – Oversee the setup, delivery, and optimisation of #programmatic audio campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot any delivery issues.
- Ensure seamless execution of automated ad placements to maximise revenue flow.
- Working with the Head of Programmatic & Operations – you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with Media Agencies, Programmatic Trading Desks, and direct clients.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Product team to introduce new ad products to market.
- Act as the programmatic champion, ensuring internal teams are aligned with the industry
- Liaise with the Insights and Data teams to craft tailored advertising solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, programmatic innovations, and key market shifts.
About you;
- 2+ years’ experience in Ad operations, programmatic trading, or AdTech
- Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, AdServers, SSPs, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability to build commercial relationships with agencies and partners.
- Experience in campaign performance analysis, troubleshooting, and revenue optimisation.
- Ability to manage programmatic budgets and monetisation strategies.
Up to £45k base salary + generous bonus scheme + excellent benefits
